Arnold 2011 - March 5th, 2011

The event is 13 weeks away. I am going up to the new IPF weight class of 120 KG or roughly 264 lb body weight. It will be interesting to see what I can do. I normally lose about 10 lbs to make the 242, so I am hopeful that I can adjust to this new class and excel compared to my competitors. Clearly there are favorites from the old 275 and 242 classes. I am debating on posting my training journal, but that usually ends up being a headache. So for right now I will keep it local. Thanks Steve mann
